Uniquewel Product Warranty Description
The guarantee period of uniquewel product host and charging accessories is one year.
If the goods are returned or replaced due to wrong delivery or quality problems within 7 days after signing, the buyer shall bear the return postage! The issue shall be borne by the company.
The goods will not be returned after 7 days of signing. If there is any quality problem, the goods can be replaced within 15 days, and the return postage shall be borne by the buyer! The issue shall be borne by the company.
For more than 15 days, machine is guaranteed free of charge within one year, and the buyer needs to bear the round-trip postage. Refer to the after sales policy for details.
Exceptions
The following situations are not included in the scope of free services:
1. If it does not comply with the Three Guarantees, it cannot produce the warranty or valid invoice, or it is altered or inconsistent with the product.
2. The bar code or fragile label pasted on the product parts is damaged, missing or inconsistent with the host.
3. Damage caused by accidental factors or improper use, including software virus, operation error, liquid injection, scratch, rupture, handling, collision, incorrect plugging, foreign matter falling, rat damage, insect damage, etc.
4. Normal wear and tear (such as natural consumption, wear and aging of shell and plug-in parts).
5. The battery is a consumable material, and its usable time is gradually reduced to a normal phenomenon; The service time of the battery is also closely related to the service environment, the working state of the machine and the mode of use.
6. The use environment does not comply with relevant national regulations, such as 3C certification.
7. Failure or damage caused by installation, repair, change, addition or removal by non uniquewel authorized organizations or personnel.
8. Components and software not originally configured by uniquewel (standard configuration shall be subject to uniquewel system records).
9. Software installation services, software troubleshooting, or password clearing.
10. The service promised by the dealer and the additional configurations and gifts shall be provided by the dealer.
11. Failure or damage caused by natural disasters and other force majeure (such as earthquake, fire, flood, typhoon, lightning strike, etc.).
Precautions for product use:
1. Please use genuine software and virus-free floppy disk. Be sure to back up the hard disk data in time during use or before maintenance to avoid file loss. Uniquewel will not bear the data caused by this and maintenance
Loss, backup and recovery responsibilities.
2. Floppy disks and other media may be damaged or lost during use. It is recommended to back up the original floppy disks.
3. Do not disassemble the product by yourself or plug and unplug external expansion equipment, such as serial and parallel port equipment. Do not put magnetic sundries near the product to prevent accidental damage to the product.
4. Battery maintenance: battery maintenance is required for the first use or every 2-3 months, which can improve the service efficiency. Avoid excessive charging and discharging at ordinary times. Keep good ventilation during charging
Cooling environment.
5. For other matters not covered, please refer to the attached user manual, product instructions and appendices.
6. In case of any abnormality, please do not continue to use the product, and contact uniquewel after-sales service personnel, dealers or uniquewel customers as soon as possible with the warranty, San Bao certificate and valid invoice

1. In addition to the service terms listed above, uniquewel does not undertake any and all express or implied warranties. If there are other applicable laws in the country, uniquewel will comply with the laws.
2. Uniquewel company shall not be liable for any special, incidental or corresponding losses caused by the use of uniquewel products or any software provided by uniquewel, including but not limited to business losses and profits
Profit or use. Uniquewel only undertakes the responsibilities required by the applicable laws of the country.
3. In no event shall uniquewel be liable for the following losses:
(1) Loss caused by the loss of the customer's product.
(2) Loss caused by damage or loss of intangible property such as data, materials and programs.
(3) Losses caused by the third party claiming compensation from the customer.
4. The parts mentioned in the warranty commitment shall not be understood as the description of the product configuration purchased by the customer. The product configuration shall be subject to the specific model purchased by the customer and the packing list.
5. The purchase invoice, warranty and San Bao certificate are important certificates for both parties to fulfill the legal "San Bao". Please keep them properly and do not make up for any loss.
6. In case of any difference between the above warranty regulations and the warranty service promised in the attached warranty, the warranty service promised in the attached warranty shall prevail.
